We are hiring skilled and motivated people for a Austrian B2B Office Supplies Industry Provider. The customer operates several successful online stores in Austria and Switzerland and generates annual turnover of 845 million euros.

DUTIES

• 1st level support and monitoring of our company-wide applications

• Independent processing of support requests and maintenance of the ticket system

• Initiation of corrective and improvement measures

• Open and friendly personality who enjoys dealing with IT users

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken (mandatory)

• Ideally already 2-3 years of experience in a similar function

• Good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, MW)

• Above all skill-based backgrounds you are a highly motivated, reliable and communicative teamplayer looking for a long-term challenge in a new company
