5 years ago,

Fullstack1001 was an adventure with an uncertain outcome. This year we were able to celebrate the anniversary. What a milestone! Every minute we have invested from the foundation to the 5-year anniversary has been more than worth it. Worthwhile in the sense of experiences, successes, setbacks, conversations, getting to know the country and its people, parties and many other priceless experiences. Of course we have to have a solid financial basis. But Fullstack1001 is more than commerce. It's about perspectives, sharing interesting work across national borders, gaining experience with remote work, giving confidence and developing the skills of employees. It's about distributed teams passionately developing software products together and becoming better day by day. Fullstack1001 proves that collaboration across national and language borders can work. Trust, respect and recognition are important ingredients. To another 5 years! Cheers.

How we hire

Getting to know you

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit to Recruitee.This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

Show us your skills

We want to see your practical insight by giving you a task related to what you would do in the position. It might be a presentation on the chosen field, evaluation of your language skills or coding assignment. Usually you will receive the assignment 45 minutes before the technical interview date.

Technical interview

In this meeting, your future Leader takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area.

Final chat

You made it to the very last stage! Here we already strive to cooperate with you, and give you an opportunity to see the whole team during informal talk, lunch or dinner.
